What do they do?:
The society was formed to promote an interest in past cultures and archaeology.
They run an annual lecture programme, from October to March.
They run summer evening field trips to local archaeological and historical sites, and three full day trips to sites further away.
Cost: – individual memberships are £12, or couples at the same address £16.
